This addition and exterior envelope renovation in Lowell, MA was partially financed by a pilot National Grid “Deep Energy Retrofit” energy incentive program.  The design highlight was the comprehensive building envelope upgrade to create a “low energy” building by wrapping the house with rock wool insulation.  For detailed information, read the article published in Green Building Advisor magazine.
