Several initial master planning concepts were developed in conjunction with a civil engineer providing support for anticipated drainage retention, zoning setback, and building dimensional requirements.  Services included initial discussions with the building commissioner for feedback regarding anticipated municipal approval hurdles to overcome.  

The project is currently moving forward into the development of planning board submission documents with architectural building design renderings pending.
