LYF Architects provided architectural and interior design services for the workspace of a new 2-story commercial building, serving as the corporate headquarters of American Construction Corporation (AmConCorp) in Peabody, MA.  

As the design was to reflect the growing progressive construction firm looking to attract talented young professionals to their team, we playfully carried this message with an open structure, colorful mechanical ducts, and a beer tap in the staff kitchen.  Other features included custom light fixtures, acoustical panels, and multiple flooring materials to define and activate the circulation areas. Collaborative spaces were established through their open workstations, island counters for plan reviews, and flexible conference rooms of varying sizes.
