The design aesthetic of this corporate interior was that of industrial modern for a company to reflect the power plant clientele they serve. The use of glass, open ceilings, and exposed ductwork acknowledged the industrial modern.

The project designed and completed during COVID was to help draw staff back into the office by providing a central open gathering space with a variety of seating/gathering options.  Opportunities to gather in booth seating to high-top cafe seating provide the backdrop for interaction.  There was also space to lounge individually as well as small group recreation.  

Other opportunities that were taken were to open existing conference room walls with glass to allow more natural light to penetrate the interior of the work areas.
