LYF worked with Harvey Performance to renovate approximately 30,000 sf of existing office space on 2 floors within one of their existing buildings located at their Headquarters. Harvey is committed to providing their employees with a work environment that supports the changing working conditions that the pandemic has brought forward. Harvey’s goal for this project was to create an office environment that supports remote (home); in-person (office) and hybrid work models. The new workplace reflects Harvey’s company culture and core values, as well as promotes communication and collaboration. The design needed to allow for employees to be efficient and productive. The new office renovation aligns with the Harvey Gorham, ME facility that has been recently renovated.
