Lyberty Green

Located on Cape Cod, this project development improves the multifamily housing stock in Falmouth.  Full open parking at grade is below both large Multifamily buildings 1 and 2.  

This 40B project provides an open floor plan design with each residential 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom unit having large Juliette balconies from the main living area.  The architectural design of the buildings with gable roofs and accent facade elements complement the surrounding neighboring architecture.  Materials considered for this project will withstand the climate of Cape Cod.
