Storage Solutions – Chelmsford

Three levels of self-storage units are located off the Drum Hill Rotary in Chelmsford.  Storefront windows provided at the front portion of the facility assist with the building complementing the surrounding office building setting.  Several entrances around each facade of the building are provided for easy access to storage units.  Additionally, a drive-in unloading area is provided.  The interior build-out was phased with levels 1 and 2 initially built with level 3 build-out following 18 months later. The office area includes a reception desk, a small retail product area, a manager’s office, a conference room, and a refreshment center.
