Storage Solutions – North Reading

Three levels of self-storage units located off Rt-28 in North Reading is one of the largest single buildings in the town.  Six retail units are located on the ground level in the front half of the building facing Rt -28 as part of this mixed-use building.  An entry portico and mansard roof with dormers were incorporated to embrace the “village” character desired by N. Reading planning department for new retail establishments in town. 

Storage units are accessed through a drive-thru unloading area which provides for covered unloading of several vehicles including small box trucks.  The interior build-out was phased with levels 1 and 2 initially built with level 3 build-out following 18 months later. The office area includes a reception desk, a small retail product area, a manager’s office, a conference room, and a refreshment center.
