Three levels of self-storage units located off I-495 were part of a larger mixed-use development containing a hotel, multiple retail buildings with restaurants, and two multifamily residential buildings. Storefront windows provided at the front portion of the facility provide a glimpse of the storage use on the interior while bold areas of color provide visual interest to the building.
Several entrances around each facade of the building are provided for easy access to storage units. Additionally, a drive-thru unloading area is provided for the covered unloading of several vehicles including small box trucks. The interior build-out was phased with levels 1 and 2 initially built with level 3 build-out following 12 months later. The office area includes a reception desk, a small retail product area, manager’s office, a conference room, and a refreshment center.
